Combined use area

A combined use area is a built-up area and accompanying open space (courtyards, residential gardens) for which no single type of built-up land use predominates. Such areas are particularly rural areas and villages with agricultural and forestry operations as well as housing, etc.; also urban core areas with commercial operations and centralized facilities for business and administration.
